Delivery:
International orders are delivered by UkrPoshta.
Orders over 100 USD are delivered free of charge.
Smaller amount orders are delivered according to UkrPoshta tariffs.
Usually, it takes 1-2 business days to complete and send order.
Return of goods:
According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 19.03.1994 № 172 - food products with normal expiration dates and proper quality are not subject to exchange and return.
In case of detection of goods of inadequate quality, we guarantee refund.
Order cancellation:
We refund if you cancel your order before the goods are shipped. Since food products are non-returnable, once the parcel is handed over to the carrier, a refund is not possible.
